We loved having several dining options and being within walking distance to Van Andel Arena. Great location.

No parking at premises. Way way way overpriced for the room. No dresser in room. Bathroom behind sliding door like a closet. Obnoxious music in lobby. Only Breakfast option $30. Hated the room. Paid for city view and overlooked parking structure. And super loud. Could hear every car on 6th floor. Did not clean room.

Very basic hotel amenities. Cleanliness may be improved. I was not asked if I wanted the room cleaned but they assumed it. I had to ask for tea bags and paper cup and I was asked like three times if I really wanted 2?paper cups and not 1!! Bar nice with love music

The front desk wanted us to park in their parking structure, a block away, so they could get extra money for parking fees. They did NOT tell us that on the weekends, parking is free in downtown Grand Rapids. They were very kind, but not helpful.
