TV didn’t work, no blanket on bed, just light bedspread, heat was insufficient. Older property that has not been updated.

Place is good but unfortunately we couldn’t sleep the whole night due to constant loud creaking noise. We thought the noise was from the truck parked in front of the room but later in the morning we figured it was the heater in the room.

No pros only cons to list.
Property is totally run down. No Office or management in property.
The Rug had turned brown from white and was very dirty. No restaurants nearby. Just few rooms in a row! No dining or common foyer.
Would definitely not recommend this place.
Disappointed Expedia is offering such properties!

This is the WORST hotel/motel i have EVER stepped foot in. First things first, we drive in early to see if early check in was an option and there were piles of bedding on the concrete outside of each room, this was not a good sign, and should have been our sign that this was not a clean place.
Next, the check in process is a complete joke. There is NO staff on site. You try to check in by texting the hotel number (because they never answer the phone either) and if you're lucky you get a response with your room number and your code to enter.
Then once we entered the room, we immediately went out. It was disgusting! There was not way i was sleeping in there!
Then there was a creepy guy in the room next to ours, we noticed his room had an actual key lock and can only assume he was the staff or possibly even the owner. He looked to be on drugs. When he opened the door to look at us, He scared the crap out of my daughter. He then left the property. We were then looking for other places to stay online on the parking lot.
Shortly after the creepy druggie left, three other patrons arrived to check in and couldn't get ahold of the hotel via phone or text. So there were a bunch of folks asking ME how to check in. Ridiculous!
I told them there's no staff so good luck as we left to find a safe place to stay. As we were leaving we spotted a meth pipe in the parking area. I have NEVER been so sketched out about a hotel in my life and to think they require a two night minimum! This sho

The location was close to the Grand Lake entrance of RMNP allowing for an early arrival to the park. The area was quiet and had a nice view of the Rockies which was so relaxing.
