I've stayed at this Motel 6 before, but this time I noticed several quality improvements - small, but definitely noticable.

All was great except for the water pressure, really low. That was only complaint

Terrible odor in the room and not very clean. Bought Lysol spray to help with odor - the air vents were extremely dirty. The microwave would turn on but the shaft that turns the turntable sounded as if it had rusted and resisted turning, letting out a high pitched noise. I mentioned it to front desk but they weren't willing to do anything about it. They told me "that's good to know". The TV remote was disgustingly dirty and sticky, the shower had brown stains running from the top - which actually washed off easily. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room thoroughly. The wifi did work well, and it was quiet at night. So not all bad. I won't however stay there again.

The gentleman at check in and out was friendly. Unfortunately, the beds are pretty uncomfortable and they didn't even provide a little bottle of shampoo... there was only a bar of soap, so i waited to shower until we got to our next destination. There was strange men outside singing in the dark, it was weird and a bit sketchy.
