Unfortunately, had a call to the front desk to pay an additional, non-refundable charge of $80 for my mini schnauzer and was also told to move my car as I was unloading. That person was officious and short with me. Real low point within an otherwise nice stay for the Holiday!

While we usually try to communicate our 75, one time per pet cleaning fee with guests ahead of time so that they are aware of the fee and we are aware of any pets, we understand how a miscommunication like this occurs and always try to follow up with guests accordingly.

Guy at check in wasn’t helpful, restaurant employees were great. Food at the restaurant was just ok.

Hotel Maverick was beautiful, the room was clean and staff was amazing. We stayed there for our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable. We will definitely return.
