Property was great. Expedia I'll never use again. There totally incompetent. Changed the date on My stay and all that answered telephone was robot's. Couldn't talk to humans. Robot's kept giving me The run-around. WILL NEVER have anything to do with Expedia again.

On the morning of my second night I woke up early, turned on the lamp on the desk and a ROACH ran across the desk. I went to the front desk and told the clerk and she assured me they did not have roaches. I know what I saw. I paid almost $500 for 2 nights since there was an event and they jacked up the price. For $500, or any amount for that matter, there should not be roaches! I asked the manager to call me but never heard from them. Never again!

Flies in my room.
The people at the front desk were very kind and helpful with all of my questions. However, when I got to my room and opened the door, there were two flies flying around the room. I decided to just dispose of them myself instead of going through the trouble of getting another room. It was a very short trip so I just took the room as is but walking in and seeing flies was less than ideal.
