The check in was awkward. The lobby was filled with decorations and dogs. Just unpleasant. The room has some mold in the bathroom.

I didn’t catch the woman’s name working check in, but she was super sweet, and check in was smooth! Fantastic breakfast options!

As soon as I entered the room, the oder was pungent! So I opened the window to air the room out. Mind you it is October so not warm. So I turned on the heating unit and that smelled like someone urinated in the register. So I left and went to Meijer to purchase gloves, Lysol wipes, candles and room spray to return and clean the entire room just to make it tolerable to sleep. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly so I reported that to the front desk and asked for towels and shampoo and conditioner refill the man at the front desk said he would try to get some one to get to the toilet. And that housekeeper would take care of towels and things when she cleans the room. So when I reached at the end of the day. The room wasn’t cleaned and the toilet wasn’t repaired. I went to the front desk asked why my room wasn’t cleaned, I was told the room is only cleaned after the third day of your stay. So I asked for four sets of towels and I was told to bring the dirty ones down to her at the front desk. I’m appalled that I paid $227.66 (plus the cleaning supplies)

I liked the location and amenities like the pool and laundry options. I am a painter so I noticed that at least my room needed to freshen up the paint job.

Great pet friendly, reasonably priced option in GH. Other options are either too expensive or too far away. Stay there every time we're in town.

The lady that was working the breakfast was awesome. Front desk should dress more professional.
