Old hotel , very dated , tiny bathroom , strange TV system , tech has to come to our room to turn on ( he was very quick to come bravo ) Very strong scent of air freshener But went for supper and left windows open and this dissipated . Staff super efficient and friendly!

This hotel was clean but lacked amenities. There was no fridge or microwave in the room, and no luggage carts. You have to lift your bag out of the car to your room and vice versa. It was very noisy with a lot of children in the hallways. Make sure you check if there are team bookings and try to stay on a different floor.

We were given a different room than what paid for and wasn’t even given the option for the room we paid for which we were okay with letting it slide. We found someones belongings in the room, obviously it wasn’t cleaned properly. The room is dirty and the smart tv won’t work for any apps. The bathroom is nasty and the K cup machine is dirty so we couldn’t use it. Highly disappointed and won’t be back. Absolutely disgusting.

Hockey parents drinking in the hallway until 1:30 in the morning. Called front desk and nothing was done. Will never stay here again. Very dated. Walls are very thin. We were sent across the highway to their efficiency unit style rooms. The showers take forever to get the heat setting right and the shower heads are spraying everywhere.
