"Spacious room with separate sitting/work area. Upon arrival a porter hand-led us two blocks away to a respectable restaurant for lunch. Upon departure another porter carried our bags to the train station 300m away. That's service above and beyond."

The hotel staff or security person told me that they are closed for renovation now so you can cancel on aplication. But I couldn"t cancel through aplication and even couldn't get any help. I cannot request refund for this reservation! Expedia shouldn't show this hotel while they close for renovation!"
