Very nice and helpful staff. Facility is very dated and in need of refurbishment. We had a defective refrigerator that cycled every two hours with a loud grinding noise. The property is well located for entry to Rocky Mountain NP and seemed to be fillng with Elk hunters during our visit.

It was a quiet stay that was perfect for my needs for the weekend. I slept well and enjoyed using the fitness center in the morning.

There is no air conditioning, which is ok, however, the room below ours was smoking cigarettes and weed on their balcony which came right into our room. The only way to keep our room cool was of course to leave the window open letting the smells in. The room was also outdated and not very clean.

Older property and looks it--needs renewed in many ways. Also, no AC--not a good summer spot.

This was convenient for what I needed it for. The hotel needs to be badly updated. Noise volumes are not enforced. The Jacuzzi tub was not working and when I called the front desk to ask, it was just something else that has been run down. There was no compensation for the bad customer service that I received. But hey, it was a place to put my head right

It was a very cool place with lots of stuff in the hotel and not to far from the hot springs we were going to but personally had a bad experience because they fire alarm went off in the night not because of a fire but because of "a glitch in the system" according to the night staff employee which was really irritating but it only happened once so the whole experience wasn't ruined but also with a 10am check out being kinda early it could have been better. But if you enjoy lots of interesting things to do and look at withs hotel this is the place for you.
