Big and spacious room. However there was water damage in the bathroom with bubbling ceiling by the light fixture and buckling floor tiles. The fridge had a very dirty wash cloth underneath it at the front, and there was dust and potential mold in the tray beneath the fridge. Also noticed a slight leak from the sprinkler in the bathroom while we were leaving. The front desk was never occupied, only when someone approached and rang the bell. The assumed hand sanitizer in the dining room at breakfast was filled with soap. When we needed more towels or contacted the front desk, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Your beds feel like rocks. They are horrible! I do NOT LIKE GETTING AN EXTRA $50 charge on my credit card when the room was paid for and the money taken out two days before I ever checked in!!!!!

All our mattresses were replaced not too long ago, so we have our maintenance staff look into the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience of the additional 50 authorization for incidentals, but please do know it is a standard practice in the industry. The first of my two night stay the television didn't work. The complimentary breakfast was also below expectation.

When I was checking in the person behind the front desk said there was a problem with the way Expedia booked the room, was visibly upset by it, and then proceeded to take off their glasses and throw them down. This was very inappropriate behavior. I had my 1 1/2 year old daughter with me and I would rather her not be terrified by the staff at a place we were staying. Additionally, the walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on in other rooms as well as it sounded like people running constantly through the halls. We were on the first floor beside the exit which you would think was nice however the door kept slamming all night long from people going in and out. Lastly, there was a screw coming out of the ceiling by the exit that was just an accident waiting to happen. I do not think I will be booking here again.
