Within walking distance.
Posted 10 May 2019 on HotelsThis hotel is in the perfect location, and for the money, an excellent deal. The staff were always available if needed, but not in the way. All of Granada is walking distance from here, even the bus station. Only twenty five minutes. Our only problem was the wifi signal. Much of the room was out of reach, and so a lot of strategic positioning was required. However, we would still recomend this hotel.

Quaint old building on good bus routes.
The room was delightful with its own Juliette balcony and a quaint vanity. I had a key to a “private” bathroom with shower and toilette and there was a shower and toilet across the hall. I had no problems with it not being en-suite. Comfortable bed. Staff were as helpful as the could be but spoke no English. The No. 33 Bus from the Bus Terminal stops virtually at the entrance and is frequent (every 6 minutes or so). And getting around from the Pension is easy. Great value for money. For cooling the room has a ceiling fan. This may be an issue in the heat of summer. In November it was not a problem.

Exactly what I wanted...
Posted 5 Sep 2018 on HotelsI was looking for a cheap place to stay that was close to the city and this gave me exactly what I needed. I'm a big believer in keeping my trips cheap so I can take more of them and this was a no frills joint but with very nice people at the desk and they let me keep some things in the frig. The only thing I was disappointed in was no air conditioning. The ceiling fan keep it relatively cool but ac would have been great. It wasn't listed so it was my mistake.
Keep in mind that you are getting a great price so be ready for a bare bones room with a TV the size of a postage stamp, hey, I don't watch TV on vacation, and a shower that's laughably small. I mean, I was laughing in the shower.
No surprises and it felt safe and was relatively quiet. Sometimes something would drop next door and jolt me out of bed like they were dropping 3 pound ball bearings but it only happened a couple of times.

2 days in Granada
Posted 14 May 2017 on HotelsApart from a local map the receptionists couldn't offer any help regarding the tourist areas of Granada. Still we managed to find our way around and the hop-on hop-off bus stopped only a few feet away from the hotel. There was a local supermarket around the corner. For the price we couldn't fault the accommodation.

Not fancy, but the price is low to just spend the nights.
