Overall, the property is excellent. Beautiful decoration, modern facilities, fully equipped including washer/dryer in a common area. Katherina was reachable and helped us with everything we needed during our 4 days stay. You could literally walk to almost to all the main places, with many restaurants nearby. The Presidential Apartment, Terrace (Nazarí) room was advertised as having a queen size bed. For me that is a must. After booking, I exchanged messages with Javier who assured me that the room had a queen size bed. Upon arrival I was told again that it was a queen size mattress. That was not correct. I'm 6'2 (245 pounds) and my feet hanged off the mattress. My wife and I were really uncomfortable. I have a queen size bed at home, so I really know what I'm talking about. The toilet, shower and bed were next to each other with no real separation or door. I've been to Europe several times before and I know that properties are small. However, there was always at least a glass door to afford some sort of privacy while using the toilet. There was no drawer nor a place to place your luggage. We had to place ours on the floor or the sofa. I can't grant the property 5 stars. I'm sure that there are a lot of folks with an equal or bigger size than me who need correct property disclosures. A proper rating would be 4.5 stars. Since that is not possible, I grant only 4.

My wife and I stayed here on one leg of our honeymoon and it was absolutely incredible. The room was thoughtfully designed and modern with a very comfortable bed. The property manager, Katherina, was friendly and communicative throughout our stay, giving us many fantastic suggestions for our itinerary and setting us up with a phenomenal private tour of the Alhambra. Everything about this stay was above and beyond. We will happily stay here again if we find ourselves back in the wonderful city of Granada!

Just an exceptional and delightful stay at the Palatino to end our Spain trip. My family and I couldn’t have been more happier with the suite. From the comfort, aesthetic, and attention to detail of every inch of the suite, you fall in love right away. Its also located in a perfect area thats walking distance to almost anything you would find interesting in Granada. Javier was also the best host anyone could ask for. He was incredibly welcoming and gave us great food recommendations. It was truly a joy, I highly recommend. I know where I’ll be staying when I'm back to visit Granada.

Well-sited property on a quiet corner and steps away from shopping and restaurants. Catherine is an excellent concierge who booked our taxis and provided great advice. Unit was very clean with all the amenities for a comfortable stay (stocked kitchen, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We suggest installing a full-length mirror. Regardless we highly recommend!

Katherine is very helpful and would book flamenco show, arrange taxi pick up and provide lots of info for the area. She also make sure we got the tickets to Alhambra before our arrival. We loved the apartment; It was beautifully renovated and the location was very convenient . The manager met us when we arrived and helped us park our car in the property underground parking. Our apartment was a corner unit and 2 of the 4 windows were facing a building that was being renovated. Luckily it was the week end so they were not working and there wasn’t any noise.

Wonderful stay at Palatina Concept Suites
Not only was the unit we stayed in spotless and adorable, but it was also in a great location and one of our favorites during our two-week tour of Spain. Katherina was the absolute best. She reached out the day of our arrival to see if we needed a taxi arranged. When we arrived, she greeted us and had great recommendations of places to visit as well as restaurants. We had a little hiccup getting into our unit one night (dead battery on the door lock), and Katherina was on it and the issue was resolved in no time. It was no big deal for us, but she was very apologetic. We loved our stay at Palatina Concept Suites and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Granda.

Clean! Clean! Clean! The apartment and the building is newly renovated. Key less entry with high tech controls throughout the apartment.Location was fantastic. few 1OO ft from the city center where it all begins. Katherina was wonderful.She is a world of knowledge. It can get noisy because of tapas bars on the street but if that bothers you don't come to Spain. They are all over, fun, and noisy. Overall a wonderful stay. 5* accommodation all around.

We had a marvelous 2 night stay in the Alpujarra room on the second floor. Katharine greeted us warmly and was very helpful via WhatsApp messages in arranging for taxi cabs and other questions. The suite itself was stunningly designed with lots of intricate details on the cabinet handles and doors. I would love to have my house designed similarly! We had a rainy few days in Granada and the suite served as a warm and superbly comfortable home base for us. The kid was happy to have access to Netflix during the days we were rained out, and having access to laundry was a bonus for me. The kitchen was great - complete with coffee pod machine, hot water pot, microwave, induction stovetop (awesome), an actual kitchen hood with vent, and dishwasher. A luxury stay!

Our family of four enjoyed the stay at this place is very recommendable. Very modern, cozy, very clean attraction walkable from 10 to 15 minutes. Do you have the option of a private parking. The host was able to reserve a table at a nice restaurant as well. I really recommend this place.

Our stay at Palatina Concept Suites in Granada was exceptional. The location allowed us to explore on foot everywhere and the modern amenities exceeded expectations. The house manager was incredible, helping us secure hard-to-get tickets for a private Alhambra tour. The guide she arranged was outstanding, adding depth to our visit. Palatina was our favorite place we stayed on our 10 day trip to Spain. The host was very gracious in letting us check in early after a long day of travel. The apartment is very, very nice. New, clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked and very centrally located. We were able to park in the garage 1 minute away and leave the car parked the whole time as we could walk to everything! I would come back to Granada just to stay in this place again. A wonderful home away from home for our family of 4!

Appartement-hotel très bien insonorisé, situé pres du Seta, zone piétonne très proche avec commerces et restaurants. Endroit idéal pour visiter Séville, au maximum de 30 minutes de la Place d'Espagne, mais à 15 minutes de la cathédrale et donc de l'Alcazar. Bonne literie. Personnel sympathique et courtois. Très bonne expérience. Le étant l'insonorisation et pourtant nous étions côté rue Petite piscine non chauffée sur le toit mais bien rafraichissante mi-septembre après des heures de visite
