Lovely hotel

Great location. Just few minutes walk to everything. Parking down the street €20 per day. Could have done with second set of towels for 3 day stay, and maybe extra blanket or pillows. Just the one. Over all very nice stay.

The property sits in a renovated historical building and they have done an excelent job maintaining the characted of the property with a little modern flair. The location is excellent as is very close to the cathedral and various restaurants and pubs that will enable tyou to fill imersed in granada´s culture. I have only 2 remarks: First is is on the sound proof of the rooms, we were in the ground fllow and we could hear absolutly everything on the corridors. Second is that there was no op´tion presented to us to have a cleaning service and the washing machine was not working. Apart from that the overall stay was worth it due for the location of the property.

Location of this property is excellent. A quiet square but only a few minutes away from the city centre and transportation. Historical building beautifully renovated and decorated, with top quality fittings and amenities. Proprietors were kind and run the business with a lot of love and care. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Extremely helpful with information with sight-seeing and restaurants. Thank you!

Historical building with newly renovated apartments. Great location close to the city, but still a bit away from the hassle of the old town. Would book this place also next time I go to Granada!

Fue un poco difícil encontrar el lugar ya que en mapas nos indicaba otro lugar dentro de la misma plaza. A partir de esto, todo excelente.

La siguiente explicación no va dirigida a Ud, Sr. Kamo, sino a otros clientes que quieran entender el porqué un establecimiento con excelencia en su servicio ha recibido una puntuación tan baja. Tal como se informó a todos los huéspedes, por motivos ajenos a Palacete 1620, hubo un corte de suministro eléctrico, y durante unas horas el sistema falló ( sólo se quejó el Sr Kamo, nadie más se quejó, como se puede comprobar), de inmediato nuestro personal informó a todos los huéspedes y se les proporcionó un dispositivo para que pudieran mantener el confort de sus habitaciones, a partir de ese momento el Sr. Kamo ya no se quejó, lo entendemos pues al revisar su habitación ésta se encontraba a 30 Cº . Sr. Kamo, nuestro personal, como siempre hace con todos los huéspedes, estuvo muy atento a todas sus necesidades para que su estancia fuera perfecta y agradable, sin embargo vemos que Ud es una persona desagradecida, déspota y maleducada, le informo que no aceptaremos huéspedes como Ud y personalmente trataré con Expedia para que lo consideren persona Non Grata.

Nous recommandons cet hébergement fortement, la localisation est parfaite pour qui aime tout voir en marchant ou même en prenant transport en commun, les hôtes sont très accueillants et furent de bons conseils pour tout. Jose, qui vient de Grenade parle un excellent français, Eva est toujours dispos pour tous les petits services demandés. Vous ne serez pas déçus!

Très bien placé, immeuble ancien, mais refait a neuf de A a Z, excellent acceuil, j'y retournerai sans hésiter.
