Not much value for money because for the same price that i pay in Madrid or Seville I am able to get much better room. Rooms are clean but lights are a bit too dim and the set up of the rooms are not that functional. The only place with mirror is in the bathroom so it is really inconvenient when 3 persons are sharing the room and we have to use our tiny mirrors to make up if someone is in the bathroom. There are also no in-room slippers and no bottled water provided.

We do provide slippers, you can ask for tham at the reception desk at anytime. And we have complimentary bottled water in every room, every day! The property is spectacular. We will surely stay again if we visit Granada again. However, please note the associated parking garage is a very small and tight spot in the old town. I highly recommend renting a small / the smallest car for those coming from the US.

And the only parkings that exist are narrow, but we are happy to have the option, less than 100 metres away from the hotel.It will be a pleasure to host you again if you came back to Granada in the future!Kind regards!

This hotel provides a great location and a cool vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I found it lacking in most amenities and conveniences one seeks in a hotel. The room did not match up with the photos provided and the bed was not comfortable. The hotel was extremely loud both inside and outside. As all the rooms face the center lobby, all sounds carry very far. The nightlife surrounding the hotel was loud throughout the night. We slept with ear plugs to make it manageable. There is no coffee or tea in the room and it's only available in the lobby in the afternoon and evening. Ultimately, the amazing location is not enough to convince me to return to this hotel.

On the other hand, we are sorry to hear that you were not completly satisfied with the services provided, we will work to improve these aspects. But it is important for us to mention that all the beds are completly new, and even though we offer a free coffee and tea service in our library everyday, all our guest can ask for a kettle in their rooms at no extra charge, and either hot or cold beverages are available 24 hours, as we have 24 hours room service.Regarding the nigthlife, we are located in the city centre surrounded by local bars, restaurants and pubs, which is one of the best parts of our location, as Granada is full of life, although we have doble glass windows on Friday and Saturday nights the street could be noisier than usually.We are sorry again, we would have liked you to have an excellent experience at Gar Anat.Thank you for your comments.Kind regards,

Very clean, comfortable beds and staff was very helpful. Location couldn't be any better, food drinks and Alhambra all very close. Sadly i didnt get to have the wonderful breakfast, but sounds fantastic. They did offer afternoon tea, that was lovely. A biscuit would have been a nice touch. Great stay, I highly recommend it!!!

The hotel was full of character, very clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. There were plenty bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk as were the main sight seeing areas and attractions. Would recommend staying at this hotel.

We loved this place- its history, decor, location, staff, everything. Centrally located, be mindful that there are some areas in the city center where you need a special permit and the hotel will register your car so you won’t have any issues. Breakfast was excellent and the service was 10/10.

Excellent location right on the edge of the historic neighborhoods and an easy walk into the city center. Wonderful staff and very comfortable room. Would be happy to return for another stay!
