We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and well equipped. We had fun trying paddle tennis and swimming in the hotel pools. Puerta de Mogán was just a short walk away.

Lots of flies in the bathroom and also cockroaches found in the room. Room cleanliness was sometimes lazy but food was nice and staff friendly

Good location, near beach, shops and bus station. There is no all inclusive option. Have to pay to use the spa for 2.5 hours, €18 each. Just one usb port in our room, so bring UK adapters for their plugs. Overall nice hotel, would return.

The staff were fantastic and very child friendly, the food was great and the hotel was immaculate. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel is very nice and the service staff are really friendly. Rooms are a good size and well maintained. Great choice of food from the buffet restaurant something for everyone.
