Posted 23 Mar 2020 on HotelsReception desk open 2pm staff could not do enough for you. Lift to upper floors useful.reception help with bags .would be better if reception on ground floor.good shower tb in room.tv could do with intl channels instead of spainish only as tourists using establishment.

Walked in and walked out
Posted 8 Nov 2018 on HotelsBooked last minute for an associate. He walked in, saw the condition, and walked out and booked somewhere else. Not expecting glamor for the price, but was expecting a minimum standard of cleanliness and condition.

Pros: location. Wifi.
Cons: newer bedclothes. More modern shower facilities.
The location is good. It is close to the bus station and to the beach. It is quite basic, with antiquated features. I wasn't keen on using the shower. The window of my room looked directly into someone else's window. It was quite noisy until about 10 pm.
The staff were pleasant. It was clean. One night was ok, would have liked something nicer for a longer stay.
The wifi was fast.

Pros: Location
Location: Las Palmas is a pretty ugly city, it does not have much going for it. The only real positive is that Las Palmas is mainly made up of Canarians,
Carol at reception was both considerate and very helpful.
For a price sensitive traveler this Pension is adequate, great location and limited noise. some other residents can be a tad noisy but nothing to complain about.
I would return.

The dirtiest hotel
