Check in staff were lovely and friendly, we were even given an upgrade. The room was really nice, bed was comfy. Our only issue was tiny flies that came up through the floor drain. We got around this by leaving the floor towel over the drain and left a note for the cleaner to leave the towel- but unfortunately that was ignored. We should have reported it to reception but we didn’t. Cleaner didn’t change the mugs either. Would stay again though

All good except for the lift, which was out of service on a couple of days, but was fixed very quickly on each occasion. The room was large with a decent balcony (superior double) and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Liked the modern room and quirky shower!
Staff were pleasant, breakfast was good. Due to cancelled flight there was quick availability.
Disliked the lifts weren’t up to standard and the fact I got soaked in the night in bed due to a leak in the roof all we got was an apology with no compensation offered.
