Holiday totally ruined. Avoid!
Posted 2 Feb 2024 on HotelsBeware they will try to charge ridiculous made up fees for everything.
Food at the restaurant is horrible and reception staff completely arrogant and unwilling to help.
AC wasn't working.
Only positive aspect is the view from the room.
But I would definitely not come back given the arrogance and the way I was treated which ruined my whole stay.
