excellent Value for Money
Posted 10 Oct 2020 on HotelsI was really surprised by this place. My expectations for my stay were very low but I had booked Bahia Blanca due to the fact that it was walking distance from a garage that I had to drop my car early morning.
It is not a hotel but the host did his best to give me a hotel feel. I had arranged to meet the host between 5 and 6 and at 5 promptly he rang to let me know he was at the property. On arrival I was shown around the apartment and shown my room which was very clean and functional. To my surprise as I was settling into my room a welcome cocktail arrived which was a nice gesture. In the evening I walked into town, a 30 minute walk all down hill but got a taxi back. Located near the hotel is a large shopping centre. I cannot comment about the breakfast as I chose a long lie. Overall I was very happy with my stay at Bahia Blanca. I have stayed in hotels charging 4 times the amount and received less service and spent less comfortable nights.

The and is intentionally misleading. Uses language that creates an image of a hotel. "Spa and wellness center" = nail salon in the same building. "Deluxe double bed room" = small room two beds crammed in. "Welcome drink" = I guess the water bottle? No pool or garden.
"Shuttle to airport" = they give you a ride that cost 30 €, hotel shuttles are always free.
This is simply a private flat with two extra rooms that they try to make sound like some hotel-like beach hostel. They were friendly, but they intentionally mislead.

However, we are sorry that your experience was not entirely satisfactory. As far as possible we try to fulfill all the wishes of the clients. We are aware that you were informed two days before your arrival of what you were renting, "room with shared bathroom", in the same way that in none of our profiles we classify ourselves as a hotel, because we do not have that category, our category according to our region It is from a hostel. The airport pick-up / transfer service is paid as specified in all our platforms, in the same way that it includes the spa and wellness center for stays longer than 5 nights. As for the welcome cocktail, it has been suspended due to the current situation of covid-19. We apologize if you have not felt comfortable, but we do not try to deceive anyone, we try to specify it well to avoid problems although sometimes it is not possible.
