All services were wonderful. I plan to visit the hotel again when I travel Gramado again. The breakfast menu was well prepared and healthy and I left a notebook, but they kept it well and sent it back to my home later. I really recommend this hotel. Especially, the location is wonderful. It is nestled just at staring point of wonderful Gramado center.

Awesome place! Enjoy the check-in & room FIRST!!!!

When coming to this hotel, reserve your time for the check in process. Not because it takes time, but it's a process designed to welcome the guest with good stuff. You will be offered a glass of Burt while completing the check-in process, your car and luggage will be well taken cared to the garage and your room. Then, please go to your room to take and enjoy the first configuration. As a Hotels.com VIP, I got a champagne for my stay. But I rushed to the streets for the beautiful sunny afternoon and when I came back, I found the champagne is in the ice bucket which the ice has melted and the maple leaves have dried out. It would be such a picture if I could have seen it first sight. At night, they would update the weather of tomorrow for you in the room and put a bottle of water, reminding you to keep hydration during the night. It's an extraordinary hotel. I will book again!!!

Fiquei hospedado no quarto 2004, uma das categorias mais altas e mais caras do hotel, mas a experiência foi extremamente frustrante. O quarto fica embaixo da área da cozinha, e todos os dias, nas três diárias (inclusive domingo), fomos acordados por volta das 6h com barulhos intensos de arrastar móveis, batidas e outros ruídos que duravam horas, tornando impossível um sono adequado — justamente o mínimo que um hotel deve garantir. Chama atenção o hotel divulgar menu de travesseiros e rituais para sono reparador, enquanto sua própria estrutura impede o descanso em alguns quartos. Vi que há outras avaliações relatando o mesmo problema, o que mostra que o hotel já conhece essa falha, mas segue destinando hóspedes “sorteados” a esses quartos. Como era feriado e o hotel estava lotado, não havia possibilidade de troca. Ao relatar o fato à gerência, recebi apenas desculpas, apesar do valor elevado pago por uma experiência que não ocorreu. Em resumo: o quarto 2004 não oferece as condições anunciadas para um descanso e uma experiência reparadora, e, o hotel, precisa tratar esse problema com seriedade.
