A pousada é boa, bem localizada. Única coisa não tão boa é o estacionamento que é pequeno para a quantidade de quartos. Fomos em baixa temporada e um dia o carro ficou na rua. Mas ele é bem próximo ao centro, se faz tudo a pé. Por isso recomendamos

O estacionamento é muito concorrido, e os quartos ficam de frente para ele, o que dá muito barulho pela manhã. O café da manhã é razoável. O chuveiro do meu quarto era elétrico porém simples. A localização é muito boa. O pessoal da pousada é simpático.

Razoável
O ponto forte da pousada é a localização. O atendimento tbm é muito bom, assim como a limpeza. Mas o fator decepcionante foi o barulho. O meu quarto ficava perto da portaria o barulho do ar condic entrava no meu quarto e fiquei 2 noitea sem dormir. Além do que a garagem é no pequeno pátio da pousada ficando um atrás do outro. Barulho de portas batendo que tremia até a janela do quarto. As pessoas passam no ladinho da janela e do banheiro. As 7 h da amanhã a portaria já começa a tirar os carros ppia tens que deixar a chave com eles. Então descanso zero. Além do que não tem calefação se pegar dias frios é horrível. Falta muito do conforto e qualidade que estou acostumada a ter em Gramado pois vou a Gramado praticamemte a cada 2 anos.
