Nice hotel, good breakfast, good localisation.
We stayed there for 3 days. We just loved the experience, everything is close to the hotel, Gramado is a beautiful city.

Good Hotel but Poor Service
The hotel is a little outside the center of town, but only about a 5-10 minute walk. The hotel rooms are adequate and have A/C. The hotel restaurant wasn't great, but the breakfast was good. The hotel staff could have been a bit more friendly. They were ok, but not going out of their way to help.

Nossa estadia foi boa. O hotel tem um ótimo atendimento. Otimo café da manhã. Achei a cama e os travesseiros desconfortáveis, mas o que quase estragou o nosso passeio foi a abordagem que eles fizeram para vender cotas de apartamentos do hotel. Eu e meu marido ficamos bem estressados. Ainda bem que foi no dia da chegada no hotel, assim tivemos tempo de contornar essa situação desagradável. Na nossa estadia só funcionava 1 elevador, que por sinal era pequeno. O outro estava quebrado e o hotel estava com 100% de ocupação.

Acho muito chato esse papinho de presente do hotel, já na chegada e que não sabem escutar um "Não tenho interesse" e ficam insistindo, até porque se sabe que não existe janta grátis. A recepção estava meio atrapalhada com o grande movimento, mas chegamos numa boa hora e deu tudo certo. Café da manhã estava lotado, mas logo conseguimos mesa. Em geral os quartos são barulhentos, vindo tanto dos carros como dos hóspedes e serviço.
