Some staff members were most knowledgeable & helpful. Unfortunately this could not be said for all staff. One receptionist was seemingly unable to speak English. The cleaning lady who was very friendly spoke good English, begs the question why someone behind reception @ a 4 Star hotel was seemingly unable to speak English, although I have the impression she just didn't want to!

Quintessential mountain hotel

Wonderful, quiet place to stay!
Posted 9 Jul 2024 on HotelsWonderful property and a fantastic location within the area. Easy access to the train that goes to Garmisch as well as the Eibsee and Zugspitze. Not as busy of an area as Garmisch which we enjoyed. Great amenities and restaurant.
