"very nice apartment and very good for the price. only issues carpet in living room had stains andthe soffa not very comfortable. loose tile and cracked tiles on bathroom floor. but these are only minor issues, enjoyed a great stay and would do so again."

"The hotel is clean and tidy and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great. Super handy to a variety of restaurants and the big shopping centre a short walk away. It did seem a little noisy in the room which I think was from the nearby motorway and it was a very windy night"

"Very convenient place to stay on arrival at Auckland Airport. Spotless apartment. Kitchen equipment adequate for simple food preparation. Maintenance was an issue: The shower rail was broken and the hose leaked so that water pressure in shower was not adequate. Carpet strips not fastened down properly - a trip hazard."

"We had traveled 19 hours and we totalling exhausted. We arrived early to hotel and was told that our room wouldnt be available for 5 hours. We sat in lobby and shortly, the manager Otis came to us and told us he was working on it. We got a room. Otis is the best!!"
