Our refrigerator didn’t keep things cold, our tv didn’t work, got moved to new room and then that tv didn’t work.front desk did come up and fixed it.

Everything was clean and comfortable. I liked that the pool and hot tub were open until midnight and that it was adults only after 10pm. Breakfast was not bad but the same hot food all 3 mornings we were there

Had two rooms. One had holes in the walls. The other was dirty - brown and white stuff on handles to entertainment center. People clearly high on drugs/meth coming and going up the elevator apparently staying there. Did not feel safe. Hotel staff didn’t say or do anything. It looked nice online when booking. Would never recommend. Cars showing up taking paper bags out coming into hotel or arriving and coming in and grabbing paper bags - rolled bags with stuff in it. We had teenagers and they didn’t need to see people in the co diction that were there.

Nice location & outside appearance; attractive lobby; helpful housekeeping staff; good breakfast. But…dated decor and worn-looking room with scuffs and scratches on wood furniture; subpar toiletries; ridiculously heavy entry door; old fashion tub with slow drain; hot water depleted during shower; desk phone did not connect. 3rd floor hall carpet had many unattractive dark stains. Odor in hallway. Would not stay there again.

The room was not cleaned well. Felt dirty. Base of the toliet had stains and residues. Smelled musty in room. My sheets were pilled into little balls and felt somehat scratchy on my feet. The sheets were also dirty and felt a little sandy.
