"Located right next to the marina and great swimming pool with grotto on the top deck of the building. Staff is very friendly and a great time spent there. "

It was also very simple to walk to the cruise terminal the next day. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. "Pretty easy to find, easy walk to train, close to the major sites and sea. Nice room, kitchenette (not fully equipped with utensils) note: electric stove top remains cool - we thought it was broken at first. Full bathroom and a washing machine (we had the attic room)."

"sono stata un po’ triste perché la piscina apriva a giugno però in fin dei conti mi sono molto rilassata nei giorni che ho alloggiato lì, posto molto tranquillo silenzioso. Di notte ho avuto un po’ di freddo però ho trovato in armadio una coperta un po’ più pesante. "

"Spacious apartment that is well connected to the centre by bus. The communication before arrival is a bit confusing. The address is an apartment building. When you ring the doorbell, you’re sent to a Best Western hotel across the street. There provide you with the key to the apartment building. The apartment looks a bit dated but is comfy. The place could do with some more wall sockets. There are only about 3 or 4 in the multi room apartment. All of them are used already. So if you want charge...

"This is a great place to use as a base as it is central and close to just about everything. The apartment was nice and big and clean. There are cooking and storage amenities and even a washing machine and theres a clothes dryer on the balcony. There is nothing by way of groceries provided, it is self catering after all, but there's a supermarket if you turn left as you exit the hotel, then turn first right and walk about 100 yards. The staff there are very nice and helpful. Turn right and then take the first right and you will find a cracking restaurant. Everything really is on the doorstep. Check in was very easy. Remember to press the button with the orange light at night to turn on the stairway lights even if you're taking the lift. Also check what plug converters you take as Italian ones are different to other European countries. I couldnt fault the hotel, their communication and help and the value for money. I would definitely stay there again. "

Excellent stay in Grado

"Hotel was excellent with helpful front of house staff. Location worked for us as we could easily walk into the town center. Breakfast was very good. Only irritation was that while it is a non-smoking hotel they allow smoking on balconies and don’t separate those who want to do so from others. We had smokers next door and this precluded us getting fresh air and using the balcony. "

"Great experience, place is just everything you need for short stay; relax, entertainment and access to the beach; Parking- it is obvious people will arrive by the car so I think carpark for 1 car shall be included in the price not paid extra. Deposit - 50euro cash and not mentioned before; they asked us to. Return and wash the dishes if we want 50 euro back yet we had no cleaner during the stay However- we would recommend the place!"
