OK but could be better

Having a huge somewhat noisy fan above the bed rather than air conditioning made it difficult to sleep, there was no hot water when I arrived in the middle of the afternoon and the mattress was on the hard side.

The property was lovely in every way. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, but it was warm and welcoming. It felt like home. I absolutely loved the free breakfast every morning and the caring, attentive manner of the staff, especially the Manager, Brownwyn. I will always remember my beautiful stay at the Hub Boutique Hotel, and hope to be in the position to return there in future.

Good breakfast .Room with kitchen was good pity no air on.Pool not very inviting

Although I would not rave about this hotel, it was in a very convenient lacation, with friendly staff and good value for money.
