Brighton Lodge Cracking Stay
Posted 6 Apr 2019 on HotelsGreat accommodation. We had the 2 bedroom apartment which was brilliant for us.
Breakfast great also.
Claudette who ran the lodge was really helpful and friendly as well.

Fine but not homely.
Posted 20 Mar 2019 on HotelsReally a stop over after a flight. Room was massive and would sleep 4. Typical guest house with cooking facilities in room. This makes it a less comfortable room to stay in.

Please note that not all our rooms have cooking facilities, we had upgraded you to the 2 bedroomed family unit that does have cooking facilties.
On your next visit , just let us know that you prefer to have non self catering room.

Posted 20 Feb 2017 on HotelsB&B in excellent location in Summerstrand within walking distance of a good selection of restaurants, De Kelder being the best of these. Staff were really friendly and helpful , breakfast was good and the room we had was pretty good albeit a little bit quirky with the internal wooden doors leading to the bath/shower. We stayed for 6 nights - easy access to Humewood and Port Elizabeth Golf Clubs, Addo elephant park is less than an hour away and Cape Recife is well worth visiting.

Spacious Family Room With Lots of Extra Touches
Posted 16 Nov 2016 on HotelsThe staff were warm and welcoming and very chatty. They settled us in and helped organise our stay in Port Elizabeth. The breakfast was amazing, with a great choice of food and drinks. The lodge also organised gluten free options for my wife. They were very accomodating, allowing us to store our luggage and freshen up even after we had checked out. Lots of extras were provided, such as pillow chocolates, tea, coffee and biscuits. Great bathtub in the family room too!
