"First of all the terrible smell in and around the hotel was sometimes unbearable. Our toilet was never once cleaned during the entire stay, room service was terrible, we had to ask for fresh bed sheets because no one was changing them after 4days, only the rubbish in the bin was removed, reception guy working night shift on the 08 of August was so unprofessional busy chatting on WhatsApp when we asked him about room service hours he said he didn’t know, he was on his cellphone. "5-12 Oct. This resort was amazing, assisted by the beautiful weather (early to mid 30s all week). Sunbeds were mostly always available (never a battle to get one, except maybe on the jetty/private beach). The selection of food was varied and catered to all palettes, and was well labelled for those with dietary needs. All very tasty. and the on site patisserie was an added bonus each afternoon. The bar man on roller blades by the pools was a nice touch. The drinks menu and restaurant options...
