This hotel is let down by INCREDIBLY SLOW service at the front desk. Takes like 10-20 minutes to check each person in and even when there’s a queue there will be like one person manning the front desk. When you have a simple question you have to wait ages until someone is free or someone finally comes out from the back office. Not sure if they’re just short staffed.
We turned up in the afternoon around noon to check in. We had booked a junior suite with a king bed (based the images it should have a separate seating area etc.) and we were told we would have a room facing the front so we would have a view of the see the station and parts of the city. Gave our passports etc. xlbut was then told our room wasn’t ready, in-fact none of the suite rooms were ready as they have limited numbers, so we left our bags so we could check in later. When we came back, we queued for about 15 minutes, then finally got served. We were with the front desk operator for a good 10-15 minutes in silence. He kept going to the back office, done this about three times without telling us what was going on until eventually he gave us our room keys.
We get to our room and he’s assigned us a junior suite facing the inside of the hotel main area with two single beds. I was furious as this is not what we booked. Luka kindly upgraded us to a Corner Suite after my complaint.
Best thing about this hotel is the location and spa. Total relaxation in the spa, friendly staff and facilities.

Beautiful hotel with many amenities. Room was clean and spacious. Very close to central station and shopping/dining options. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location being opposite the station and walkable to what Gothenburg has to offer

Lovely hotel in the centre of Gothenburg. Very clean, lovely decorations, just a really nice hotel. We got upgraded and was lucky enough to be on the top floor with a balcony! The views were amazing and we were bought a fruit bowl on our first day which was a lovely gesture. Only fault was that housekeeping seemed to be at a different time each day, which made it difficult to be out of the room for them to clean it. Overall a brilliant place to stay and would definitely come back!

Great hotel but they don't seem to honour any of the Expedia VIP benefits; namely 200kr per day food credit and room upgrade.

Staff not completely aware of Expedia benefits which is a real shame... Could be a wonderful hotel. Rooms are a little tired, bathrooms need attention.
