Very friendly and helpful staff. It was my first time in Sweden and the staff helped me with any questions I had. Room was clean and in good shape.overall place was very nice. It was a good experience for my first time to Sweden.

Great location for walking along the river and public transportation access.
We asked 3 days to have our room cleand and it didn't happen. Restaurant was good, but the 2 bars were not open during our stay.

Front desk staff were very helpful. Special mention of Cassandra who assisted me. Was there for 4 nights and never saw housekeeping to clean my room nor change towels.
