clean and comfortable, close to train station but far enough to be quiet, close to shopping and restaurants

Check in was easy and we were allowed to check in slightly early which was welcome.
Our room was on the third floor in what appeared to be an old wing. I liked it, was quaint. However, lacked a little finesse in our room. A light was out in the bathroom, the shower door encroached on the showering space due to damage and the sink had no plug guard. Some poor person before us had lost their toothbrush down the sink hole!
The spa area was great at an extra cost. All in all good location and facilities. Would stay here again.

Hotel was close to the station and in a good location to explore the city. Cheap and cheerful hotel, but it could do with a bit of an upgrade and some redecoration in the rooms.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and definitely thought it was good value for money. It was in a fab location. If you are getting the bus from the airport it is right next to central station. The staff were friendly and attentive and I would stay here again.

I loved this hotel! The room was pretty basic, but was all we needed. The restaurant and bar areas were fantastic. The swimming pool area was the absolutely amazing. The staff were great. If I ever come back to Gothenburg, I will be booking to stay here again, no question.

Very convenient location, near the train station and easy walk to transit and attractions. The breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and let us store a suitcase for an extra night while we did a side trip.
