The hotel is located in a strategic location next to the central bus station; however, the room doesn't have any ventilation, resulting in a stuffy condition. This can lead to respiratory issues. Customer care was great; they were professional and polite.

Incredible location - perfect for arriving by bus or train. Despite the location, rooms were very quiet. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed dining in the restaurant for dinner. Highly recommend.

The best part is the location. Its right on top of the Goteborg Central Station. Wish this was properly mentioned in the hotel description. Breaking was good. Room service could have been better.

Great breakfast, clean, well located.
A well situated hotel - ideal when getting the bus from the airport. Easy to walk from the hotel to local sights. Room was well sized and clean. We were on the 3rd floor and the external window was out onto an internal gallery area so we had to keep our curtains closed the whole time to avoid people being able to look into our room. Quiet hotel, nothing disturbed us. The breakfast was exceptional, lots of choice, plenty of it. Would stay here again.

I loved this hotel right in Central Station, requires about four steps outdoors. Amazingly quiet for being in the station. Very comfortable bed, nice shower. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet lovely. I would definitely stay there again.
