Friendly staff, great teppanyaki at 鉄板焼 - 銀明翠. Breakfast is awesome. Room is clean and big. Comprehensive amenities. Will stay again if I am at gotemba. Very near to outlet.

Loved our stay here!! 2 adults and 2 kids. Rooms were very spacious and premium. We were able to see my Fiji from hotel and was in a great location for exploring Mt Fuji and Gotemba outlets.

The hotel itself was beautiful--pristine and well maintained. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Gotemba was a bit difficult to get around in--sometimes of the day there were no taxis available. Make sure to consider this when coming here.

The family loved the activities at the hotel. So we're always looking forward to coming home in the evening after exploring Fuji Hakone area.

The facilities and room amenities are quite good, with a router in the room to ensure a stable internet connection. The service is as courteous as always. The restaurant in the hotel is priced at 10,000 yen. Unfortunately, there isn't a bar where you can have a drink. If you want to enjoy some drinks and yakitori, you need to walk about ten minutes to Gotemba Station, or you can ask the hotel front desk to call a taxi for you. There is a bus stop just five minutes away downstairs, where you can catch a long-distance bus to Tokyo, a free bus to Onsen, and various city buses. The Imperial Palace Park and the temple are not far from here.

Lovely hotel with not many guests so we enjoyed the public hotspring like it was private most of the time. We missed the light fountain as it was raining heavily. Would recommend this to anyone planning to stay in Gotemba.
