I just had surgery and was very upset that the elevator was not working. I was on the third floor asked to move to another room was not able to accommodate.Front desk was extremely busy and she was the only one working. You could tell the place needed to be vacuumed. The stairs were a mess. Many updates are needed.

Very disappointing! The room had odors of smelly feet, and the two chairs were stained and dirty: uncomfortable with even sitting on them.
