We always enjoy staying here. The staff are friendly and helpful. All of our interests are close by and conveniently located.

The manager Alex was friendly and helpful. We were there for two days and the keys were unactive after one night stay. We ended up locked out of our room and the gentlemen at the desk had friends there visiting and they made rude comments about someone in our group. There was a hole in the wall in one room and the bathtub in the other one wasnt very clean looking. The website says breakfast is served for 5 am- 11 am and it was only served until 9 am. Other then that we were pleased with the stay.

Stairway was torn down

Yes, we have one stairway, of many, in the process of removal right now for the safety of our staff and guests in an ongoing effort of maintaining/improving our hotel grounds. Location wise, the hotel was really convenient for my stay. The beds are comfy however the room is a little outdated and is in need of upgrading

I really had a pleasant stay in Goshen. The desk manager Scott was very friendly and helpful. He informed me of the pet fee which is $15/night and directed me to the complimentary coffee and breakfast. I was allowed to check-in 2 hours early which was wonderful as I was tired from my drive. The pet area outside is lovely! Lots of green grass, a gazebo and well-stocked with waste bags. The area was well-maintained and very clean. I took my puppy there several times per day!
