"Resort is beautiful! Our room had the most amazing view - we thought we totally lucked out. What we didn't realize is that the nightly LIVE music was set up right outside our room. The music was really loud until 11:15 every night except Monday. Had we known . . . we would have asked to be moved to another location. "My stay would be perfect if the reception team was more cooperative, we spend 20 minutes for check in because one of the receptionists insisted that the confirmation should be as a pdf format although I have confirmation number. And on checkout, I needed to check out in early morning due to my flight time, but no one was there at the reception although I was told it is open 24/7. Large room, very clean washroom. We had some difficulties in finding the hotel - no signs anywhere on the road leading to it.
