The property is mostly used by workers in the area or long-term usage. Some garbage, grill, equipment, etc., outside of some doors. A person with multiple dogs stayed in the room before us and the poor old made tried to clean it up, but there was still a lot of dog here. The room had lots of flies which she had sprayed and it reminded me of the milk house barn when I was a child. The check-in took a very long time with some communication problems. The good thing was no dog fee!

The room was clean however our door only locked with a padlock. Sketchy place, full of undesirables. Definitely lock your car

hot water in shower worked only 1 time and took about 10 minutes to get hot.
Second time just cold water.
Very old conditions, bed was very old.
