This was our first time staying at an all inclusive and we are so glad it was here! Everything was great from start to finish and the views were beautiful, food was fantastic & they have so many options. We had an even better time thanks to the hospitality and friendliness of Sebastian who is one of the bartenders at the resort he was the BEST!! Will definitely be visiting again!

Overall, great place to stay. We enjoyed the food, on-site entertainment, and close proximity to the Playa Del Carmen strip. Rooms are a great size. You can tell the property has aged (visible repairs and cracked tiles) but it's clean. Spa prices are a little high but perhaps it's comparable to the other hotels in the area. We definitely recommend this hotel to others and we will come back.

The AC in the room wasn’t working properly the housekeeper only came twice n we was there for 5 nights we had to kept calling for towels the bars don’t open until 11 n close at 11 some all inclusive the staff was very nice the food wasn’t the best at the hotel my the restaurant was great n the alcohol was water down I could taste it all the drinks was mostly water I was very disappointed

The staff was amazing and very courteous. The rooms were very clean and all the amenities were great.

We found a cockroach in our room on one of the days during our stay. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

The staff was amazing and friendly from the beginning. Got more than a welcome drink when we first arrived. Everything about the property was explained in great detail which was so helpful for how short our stay was. Took care of the dinner reservations and return transportation immediately. Also booked a couples massage at the spa. The spa was incredible. The massage was the most soothing and relaxing massage that I've had. If you're gonna go to this resort, get an 80 minute massage; you won't be disappointed. The property is also very close to the shopping (about 2 blocks).
