I showed up to the hotel where I made a reservation and nobody was at the lobby to assist me. I didn’t get to stay in the room because nobody was working . The owner said the lobby closed @9pm but my reservation was still submitted. Nothing ever said it was closed

This property is unprofessional. I got a room to just show up and nobody be there to assign me a room. Then on top of that they still charged me and didn’t give me a refund.

Posted 8 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe place smells moldy and dungy and the shower curtains and bathtub showed it. The bathroom did not have toilet paper. You cannot phone front office, so be ready to walk. This place might have been nice 10 years ago or better, but now it's run down
