The elevator was the slowest one ever made. For a hotel only being 4 floors, it took as much time to get an elevator as a 44 floor hotel. Also, I really hate that Expedia would not work with me on canceling the first night due to my flights getting canceled. I paid $562 for two nights, and without any exaggeration, I was at the hotel for a total of 3 hours and 20 minutes.

Rusty,Sorry you had issues with the elevator. We already had maintenance on the problem and unfortunately the part is on order as we are waiting its arrival. Regarding your reservation, when booking through a third party, there is not much Home 2 Suites can do with your reservation. You have to contact Expedia directly for any changes that you wish to make.

Construction around the hotel made it difficult to get in and out but otherwise was a good experience
