"The surrounding is beautiful but there are many issues : No water flow No hot water No power- biggest issue Service is pathetic Cleanliness is not maintained- bedsheets, towels everything is dirty No shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel in bathrooms The water spray in bathroom is broken. Lizards, insects everywhere. No network, wifi also fluctuates all the time. After eating the caretaker doesnt clean the table until next day or asked. There was leakage in the room and my bag and clothes got wet...

"Quiet retreat atmosphere. But also not located near anything so a bit isolated. You get your own casita with your own patio. Beautiful except for shower/tub which is difficult to access if you have mobility issues. Apart from that perfect. Breakfast is perfectly fine but not amazing as it is in other 5 star hotels. Coorg food is restaurant was great. Dont order the pizza! Spa is great. Had 2 massages and both great. "

"I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff was friendly, the location was convenient, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. However, the room could use some maintenance. "Unique experience like night walk with lanterns in plantation. Excellent hospitality by Vijay, Disha, Avinash, Puneeth and adventure guide Akshay. Natural ping kayaking and coracle was exciting experience. Rooms are spacious and clean. Overall, really enjoyed here. Would like to come back "

The stay and the room cleanliness was fine

"As it is very small property it is not that great and sad thing is even for indoor games quite a few games has to paid. In restaurant we were not allowed to have food peacefully, very often they use to come and ask for clearing plates. "
