Staff responds to emails immediately for any questions especially about visiting temples in the area of Yogjakarta, helped me to connect with Tyas and Dharma who organized our trips to Borobudur and Prambanan. "Pictures makes you believe much nicer than it is. When we checked in, asked for 2 keys and told could only have 1. Dirty dishes (not ours) outside of door for 2 days. We called to complain before they picked up. Bathroom smelled and shower drain was slow, so bathroom flooded if didn't take quick shower. Breakfast was good, but it started at 6am and when we arrived at 7, lots of empty pans. The staff tried to put out other food, but was apparent they were not prepared for the hotel to be full....
