"Nous n’avons pas eu d’informations part rapport à notre arrivée. Pas de code pour le coffre à clé ! Heureusement que la femme de ménage avait du retard, ce qui nous a permis d’accéder au logement. Chalet dans son jus méritant un coup de frais. Mauvaise communication concernant les frais de linge. Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d’avoir la visite un matin d’une personne venant nous réclamer ces frais (79€!!). L’annonce est aussi trompeuse part rapport au nombre de sdb. "The description here in hotel.com was not achieved by the hotel. The description said, apartment at the main building, but the lady at the reception gave us the furthest apartment, even though she knew that we have two toddlers, a lot of luggage and we have to leave at 3 am the next day. She also wanted us to pay the hotel a cleaning fee whuch obviously not stated at the description. "
