Do not trust this place
Posted 25 Jul 2022 on HotelsI made a reservation to stay at this place for the weekend 2 weeks ahead of time for a trip to go to bush garden and the day before the check in date i get an email saying that the owner was unable to rent the place due to unfinished construction. I got an Apology for the inconvenient and i was told to request a full refund to my tird party which i did not know who the 3rd party was and no phone numbers was given to me to contact and request the refund. So now i had to call my credit card company to cancel the transaction and look for a last minute hotel reservation. Then i got another email the following day which was the day i was supposed to check in giving me the acces code and info needed. Which i no longer needed i already requested to cancel the transaction and booked another hotel room. Three days later i got another email for me to rate my stay at the hotel... like really? I didnt even go to this place they suggested me to request a refund because the owner was unable to rent the room on the day i needed it so i did then they sent me an acces code to check in at the place which did not go since i booked another hotel and they sent me an email asking me how was my stay at the golf villa? Likr what is all this about? I personally would not recomend this place i think they tend to do this. I read someone posted something similar where she was told the same and she had hard time getting the refund.

Total bait and switch
Posted 13 Mar 2022 on HotelsThis was a total bait and switch... there's 2 reasons why i booked this place, 1 the address listed in the ad was only 10mins from busch gardens and 2 was for the hot tub... the property was NOT at the address listed but instead in the ghetto and the hot tub was DISGUSTING!! The ad also stated "2 double beds and 2 sleeper sofas" more lies... there was 1 bed and 1 crappy sofa... NONE of the pics in the ad were of the actual property and good luck getting ahold of anybody if you need help... i waited on hold for over an hour and still didn't get anything resolved...

It was not the property that was advertised, there was only one bed which was broken and a broken couch with a pull-out bed that was also broken. The sheets on the pullout couch were dirty and the other sheets were in the washing machine and the dryer and we had to wash and dry them to be able to use them. Due to the broken sleeping arrangements the sleep was terrible

Honest review of my stay at the apartment
Posted 30 Dec 2021 on HotelsIt was clean,perfect for any small family, and close to most of the Tampa bay area.
I did notice that ac was at 79°F when I got there and took over two hours to drop 4 degrees. The air filter was totally impacted which didn't help.
Wish the communication was better between renter and owner.
Overall,I give them a 8/10 stars for their rental on hotels.com
