Simona was great in welcoming us to the property. Unlike some reviews I read previously towels are provided, just not beach towels. It was great but too short stay!! Will be back.

We had a lovely friendly welcome from the managers of the let, they were happy to share their recommendations and were always helpful, there is even a free washing machine which was brilliant when travelling with young children. Google translate is a wonderful tool, to help us find what we needed and to communicate with the staff in the restaurant and shops. The apartment we rented was perfectly fine for us as a family of 5 and basically furnished, plenty of hot water, air conditioning, we self catered and all we needed was provided. You do need to pay extra fees on arrival but these are clear if you read the booking information before you book so we expected these. Also remember that almost everything closes between 1 and 5 on the island so be prepared to plan your shopping etc, on the day we arrived we had to have a drive around to find a open supermarket to get drinks and snacks before our local shop opened but it was ok,We were near the restaurant and this wasn’t a problem for us, the atmosphere was lovely and we had a great sea view and a lovely terrace. Our daughter is coeliac and the managers directed us to nearby places that could cater (including the close beach bar) . The local supermarket was friendly and well stocked. The small beach nearby was lovely, quiet and safe for young children, so nice to swim in the warm water. You will need a car to get the most out of the area, we visited different beaches and the city and enjoyed a lovely kayak tour during our stay.

Best customer service ever!

Myself and my friend (two girls) were staying in a homely studio apartment at the bottom of the complex, so luckily we had a bit of a sea view from the balcony, but a bit of a climb back to the reception. We were welcomed by a couple who run the place (and possibly own it). They were absolutely brilliant, very welcoming, friendly and helpful, even though English wasn't their first language. They spent hours trying to sort things out for us (like taxi, etc.) and they looked after us even outside of working hours when needed. The apartment was clean and cosy. Close to a local supermarket, a restaurant and a beach (50m or so). The wifi was available in the reception only, so we had to use mobile data during the whole trip, not a problem these days, but for some it can be expensive. There were also additional charges for a set of towels, cleaning, etc., so have it in mind when booking (it has been stated on the hotels page though). At the time we were staying (mid June), not much was going on (out of season), but it had also pluses, as not many people on the beach. However, it was lacking of a night life and for that you would probably have to go to Porto Rotondo or other resort to find it. Overall, we had a lovely stay here and we will never forget the kindness of the couple who runs the place. Thank you Simonetta and Stefanos and greetings from Ewa and Agnieszka!

They charge 10 euros per person for towels that are only a set of 3 for a full week and the tap water is not good for drinking they gave us 2 bottles of 2 liters for 3 adults for a full week . I will never go back to this place again, they try to sell you trips to places that they take big comisión.

Dear Guest, thank you for your commentary. As specified in Expedia towels are to be rented on spot ( but this is optional and not compulsory as guests can bring their own towels for free). In many Sardinian locations tap water is not drinkable. Normally bottles of water are not included in the rate, but exceptionally we offered you 2 bottles of water as welcome gift ( our apartments are self catering, so drinks and food are not included in the rate). Excursions are an optional service offered in a wide range of prices that we propose to our guests as an opportunity to discover the best corners and location in the surrounding area with the best local guides. The location was fantastic, a great bar/restaurant on site, the supermarket was closed and opening up on the day we left, however, there were many supermarkets within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Great beaches were also within a short drive. All the restaurant staff spoke excellent English. The property managers Stephano and his wife were excellent, very helpful, both spoke exellant English. We would certainly stay there again and would recommend the resort, 5 + stars as far as we were concerned.

The location of the resort is excellent, as you have access to a private beach similar to most sardinian beaches, nice and clean and sandy. There is a restaurant in the resort - "IL Segreto" which is quite decent and the prices are the same as in other restaurants nearby. The accommodation is basic, you get everything you need for a reasonable price, especially if you are not planning to spend a lot of time indoors. My only complaint is that some of the other guest were loud at times, but for us that was bearable. Overall we liked the place and would probably return another time. Had great experience.

Apartment clean well equipped.

Pros: Clean, friendly staff.
Cons: Kitchen small and functional but no oven available.
Location: Quiet, lovely walk up to Del Monte memorial and church.
Excellent facilities. Excellent restaurant. Friendly staff. Only downside was the local supermarket was closed. So needed car, nearest town Gulfo Arachni ~5KM away. Beaches walking distance and all clean.

Location, near to the Sea is OK Inventory and interieur where poor, bathroom is Poor, airco is fine No wifi!
