"We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was great, centrally placed. The building has an elevator (looks like newly installed). The apartment had a dishwasher and a washer which was comfortable. We parked at Obispo Galarzo parking garage and it was a short walk that even with suitcases was fine. If Hotels.com has ANY minimum standard of quality for properties, this should certainly be below them.
