"We have chosen to stay in Hotel Shamrock for our 46th wedding anniversary because of its central position and a wonderful feel of yesteryear (we also stayed here in 2018). We were upgraded to Nellie Melba room. A lovely gesture on the part of hotel staff. The room was so spacious we could dance a night away here. "Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband and 2 teenagers. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our King size bed was comfortable but there were bunks for our kids that weren’t so comfortable, maybe I should have asked for 2 single beds. Found the location great with access to Sovereign hill via a separate entrance, so can come and go during the day you visit Sovereign Hill.
