The hotel was in a good location, within walking distance to nightlife, street food market, shops, restaurants etc. Not the best pickup location for Grab/Taxi though. Room was large, clean, good aircon, coffee pod machine, complimentary mini bar, housekeeping brilliant! lift was slow, hallways smelt of musty cigarettes, breakfast & afternoon tea was really lovely and the waitstaff amazing! Great shower, large comfortable bed, lucky to have quiet back room with partial views of Petronas & KL Tower!

Staff are really friendly and nice, everything is walkable shops and dining options, the buffet breakfast is really good but just doesn't really change its the same meals. Overall amazing place to stay at.
