First time being here, it was to try out their water park for kids. Needless to say, we enjoyed playing with my kids at the pool. Second time coming here to celebrate birthday of our kids since they love to play at park again, and the location nearby KLCC. Request for a surprise during booking and they did not let us down. A beautiful decoration and cake were made to our room during check in from the Loyalty team (Diah, Lina, Saras, Aisyah, Ifah, and Amalin. Thank you also to the front desk officer, Amelia for smooth check out and final surprise.

Best experience in KL! Wish their rooms had a washing machine. Washing your clothes at the hotel is extremely expensive! Keep that in mind otherwise the amenities and housekeeping was unmatched 👌

Poor compared to other Mariott properties

Not for me. Didn’t enjoy the stay nor room. The counter staff who processed our hotel check in could have offered much better customer service. She didn’t address our questions when there were some check in hiccups, leaving us puzzled and unsure next step. We tried to seek clarification but she didnt even look like she wanted to speak to us and just processed the check-in. Service at the lounge was also so so. Disappointing experience.

Hotel with poor sound proofing

When i check in, i was told that an upgrade was given. i enquire about the sofa bed that i wanted for my child and was told that it is in the upgraded room too. So i was not happy when i went into the bigger room and found there was only has a circular sofa. When i went down to find out from reception, i was told the type of room i wanted may not be ready. i was not given an option and i think it is not fair as i checked in at 6pm, how can the room be not ready? the room given was near to lift and facing main road. i could not sleep all night as the room has poor sound proofing. i can hear people walking and talking at the aisle. the noise of the traffic made it worst. The pool was congested and playroom is just a room with few sets of toys that most kids just walk away after a glance.
